On average, our delivery time is two to four days, and in certain cases, spectacles can be fabricated on a same-day basis.

In addition, there is a multiple inspection system to ensure your glasses are presented to you with accurate power, distortion-free view, proper lens cutting, and that they are uniformly tinted and coated.

Eye Associates of Don Mills No Nonsense Warranty – the most comprehensive warranty on eyewear!

We are so confident about the quality of our products that we are pleased to offer a 2 year warranty on prescription eyewear as follows:

Frames – if your frame breaks under normal wearing conditions within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. In the following 12 months it will be replaced at 50% of the original cost! Warranty replacement is limited to one time per 24 month period.

Lenses- Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Please follow recommended procedures for care and cleaning. Warranty replacement of plastic lenses with a scratch-resistant coating is limited to once per 24 month period as follows:

First 12 months – we will replace your lenses with identical lenses of the same power should they break or scratch.

Second 12 months- the lenses will be replaced at 50% of the original cost!

This warranty does not cover loss, theft or hairline scratches which have no affect on vision.
